Building Certificates Australia Pty Ltd is a boutique building certification firm based in Surry Hills, NSW, providing specialist statutory certification services to builders, developers, owners and design professionals across the state.

Our focus is squarely on certification work: the issue of Complying Development Certificates and Construction Certificates, appointment as Principal Certifier throughout the construction phase, and delivery of Occupation Certificates on completion. We guide projects through the full certification pathway — from initial development assessment and design compliance review, through mandatory site inspections, to final sign-off — with the technical rigour and independence the role demands.

As a boutique practice, we work directly and personally with our clients on every project, bringing a depth of NCC and planning knowledge that larger firms often can't match at an individual project level.
