Strata Subdivision Approval


Before a new or modified Strata Plan is registered with Land Titles, a Strata Certificate must be obtained to indicate that the strata plan reflects what the Consent Authority has approved.

In conjunction with our other Building Certification Services, Building Certificates Australia has personnel with the accreditation necessary to issue Strata Certificates in respect of proposed strata plans, strata plans of subdivision and notices of conversion in accordance with the Strata Schemes (Freehold Development) Act 1973or the Strata Schemes (Leasehold Development) Act 1986and the regulations under those Acts.

Normally, Building Certificates Australia can turn-around a strata certificate application within 3 days where we have all the necessary information provided.
